Is whole-wheat bread always high in fibre?

Not necessarily. Check the ingredient order, declared whole-grain percentage and nutrition label rather than relying on the product name alone.

Does sourdough remove gluten?

No. Sourdough fermentation changes flavour, acidity and dough behaviour, but ordinary wheat and rye sourdough breads still contain gluten.

What is the best way to store bread?

Keep bread at room temperature for short-term use, freeze sliced portions for longer storage and discard any loaf showing mould.

Are the world-bread formulas suitable for home ovens?

Yes. They are practical home-kitchen adaptations. Flour absorption, starter strength and oven performance may still require small adjustments.
